Attached is the permission slip for the camping trip on February 3, 2023 through February 5, 2023 at Forestburg Scout Reservation, located at 1945 NY-42, Forestburgh, NY 12777. This will be a cabin trip, so please make sure all scouts pack accordingly. The permission slip and $45 fee is due MONDAY NIGHT 1/23/2023. Please bring cash if possible, as there is very little time to deposit checks and have the cash to purchase food. To ensure that we have a proper head count and to purchase food and supplies, Payment and permission slip MUST be in on Monday night 1/23/2023- NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will be meeting at the Church, Friday night 2/3/2023, NO LATER THAN 6:15 pm and driving up from there. All parents are required to transport their scouts there and back.
